Bilateralism: New Direction

Bilateralism serve as the basic principle of the foreign relations of Pakistan and this perception has no perplexity. The concept of developing the relations on bilateral basis with major powers and other countries having ties with Asian states geographically or economically, requires to identify the areas of collaboration with one country without denying any ties with another, so a well-developed and reliable policy is flourished which is well opened to the International community about the Country’s approach towards the international politics. The relations on bilateral basis of a country with another provide her morally peaceful status “The normal mode of maintaining relations between any two countries, great or small is to base them on their joint perception of their mutual interest”.8 The reality shows that Bilateralism provides a new direction to the International political scenario. The knowledge of years shows us that Bilateralism earns a country a massive organic growth.
